Meet the Team

Marc is Chief Loan Officer at Raritan State Bank and has been with the lending department for 26 years. He joined the Board of Directors in 2016.

Marc graduated from Abingdon High School in 1992 and attended Western Illinois University. He holds a degree in Ag Business from the college. Marc currently serves on the Walnut Grove Township Board of Trustees and on the Macomb District Hospital Foundation Board.

Marc is the proud father of 2 and a new grandfather. In his spare time, he enjoys working on the family farm and spending time with his family.

Robert is the Chief Executive Officer of Raritan State Bank. He joined the bank in 1990 and moved into his current role in 1996. He obtained his Future Farmers of America State FFA Degree in 1979. He is a graduate of Western Illinois University and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.

Robert has 38 years of banking experience and enjoys every opportunity he has to help people meet their goals and guide them in the wise use of credit.

Robert and his wife Susan have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren. Robert is a member of The Crossing church, treasurer of the Maple City Antique Tractor Association and part of the Professional Association of Dive Instructors (P.A.D.I.). In his spare time, Robert enjoys camping, farming, time with his family and attending Maple City Antique Tractor Association events.

Angela is the Chief Financial Officer at Raritan State Bank. She finds it very satisfying when Raritan State Bank gives back to the area communities of which she has been part of for 19 years and has been in the banking industry for 34 years. Angela graduated from Western Illinois University in 1988, Illinois Banker’s Association School for Internal Bank Auditors in 1990, BAI Graduate School of Bank Financial Management in 1998, and the Illinois Banker’s Association Future Leaders Alliance in 2008. In addition to her extensive background and education, Angela sits on the board and finance committee at Memorial Hospital and Hancock County Senior Services.

Angela has been married to her husband Mike for 34 years. They have 4 children, a daughter-in-law and son-in-law and 5 grandchildren. In her free time, Angela enjoys traveling the country with her husband on their Harley Davidson, exercising, walking, spending time with family and friends, and watching their grandchildren in various activities and events.

Mark has been involved with banking since the last millennium. He graduated from Abingdon High School, gained his Associate's Degree from Carl Sandburg College, and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois State University.  Mark began working for Raritan State Bank in 2007.  Born and raised in western Illinois, he has been blessed with an upbringing that taught him Christian morals from a young age.  Now, Mark and his wife of over 30 years teach the same Truth to his four children. Sometimes, they even listen!

Mark loves all things outdoors! If he is not in his office, he is either on a ball field, ball court, fishing, hunting or working at the farm.  From coaching, officiating, and playing sports, fall and winter are the only times you will find him sitting while away from work...and that will be in a deer stand or on his ice-fishing bucket.  Mark finds feeding his family from the land and water especially nourishing to the soul.

Samantha is the Chief Operating Officer at Raritan State Bank.  she has worked at the bank since the Bushnell office opened in 2007.  She started as a part-time Customer Service Representative, eventually becoming full-time.  Previous to her most recent promotion she has been the IT Coordinator and Data Processing Supervisor in Raritan.

Samantha graduated from Bushnell-Prairie City High School in 2006.  In her downtime, you can usually find her spending time with her family, attending livestock shows, and boating.

Doug is the Bank Manager at the Abingdon location. He joined the bank in 1998 and has 24 years of banking experience. Doug obtained his Bachelor degree from Illinois State University and also attended the Midwest School for Community Bankers. Doug is also a proud FFA Alum.

Doug is a member and Deacon of Abingdon Christian Church. He is currently serving his fifth term as Supervisor of Berwick Township. Doug and his wife Linnea have been married for 25 years and they are the proud parents of Alexis and Levi. In his spare time, Doug enjoys working on the farm, hunting and fishing.

Sarah is the Bank Manager and Loan Officer at our Bushnell location.  She joined the bank in 2007.  Sarah loves serving the community, making connections with customers and giving customers the tools they need to make informed financial decisions.  She is a graduate of Spoon River College and Western Illinois University where she majored in Business.

Sarah and her husband John have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.  In her spare time Sarah loves spending time at home with her family.  They enjoy swimming, fishing, riding golf carts and tending to their horses, goats, chickens, ducks, cats, dogs and 1 bunny.

Darin is a loan officer at our Raritan location. He attended Bushnell-Prairie City High School then went to Blackhawk East and WIU. He has been in banking 5 years and enjoys working in the cattle industry.

In his spare time, Darin is very active in raising and working with show cattle.

 Born and raised in West Central Illinois, Kim is a 1993 graduate of Southern High School and 1997 graduate of Western Illinois University. She has 27 years in banking here at Raritan State Bank.

Kim has 3 children. Kaitlyn is an Ag teacher in Franklin, Illinois, John works on the family farm and Kendyl is a senior at Western Illinois University studying Ag Education.

Raised on a farm in Western Illinois, Dudley graduated from Yorkwood High School and continued his education at Western Illinois University where he received a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business.

Dudley is on the Henderson County Soil and Water Conservation District board and a member of the West Central Athletic Association.  Dudley and wife Julie, live on the family farm and are proud parents of three sons (Dexter, Blake, and Tyler).  In his free time, Dudley can be found watching his sons playing sports, showing cattle, or working around the family farm.

Andrea joined Raritan State Bank in 2021 as a loan officer serving customers from our Raritan and Abingdon locations. She is a graduate of Western Illinois University and has 20 years of banking experience.

Andrea is Secretary of the Warren Henderson County Farm Bureau, Warren Henderson County Farm Bureau Executive Committee and Warren Henderson County Farm Bureau Foundation. She and her husband Lance have 3 children (Kelton, Addyson and Paxton) and in her free time, Andrea can be found watching her kids play sports and show livestock.

Mark is a Loan Officer at our Abingdon location and has been in banking 19 years. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Monmouth College.

Mark and his wife have 2 children. He serves on the Knoxville Youth Baseball Board, and in his free time he enjoys fishing and coaching his children’s sports teams.

Nicki Stranger is a Loan Officer and Loan Compliance Officer. She works in our Abingdon location and has been in banking 30 years.

Nicki and her husband Dan have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. In her spare time, Nicki volunteers with the A-Town Booster Club, enjoys boating and camping and crafting with her Cricut.

Kyle earned his bachelor's degree from University of Illinois and brings a strong background in agriculture, livestock production, and herd management to his role at Raritan State Bank.  He is a co-owner of Eathington Livestock Services LLC and understands firsthand the dedication and decision-making required to operate a successful farm or business.  Kyle currently resides outside of Avon.

Outside of the bank, Kyle works alongside his family on their farm and cow-calf operation and enjoys traveling to cattle shows and spending time with his fiancée.
